Tyler Zylstra got the scoring started in the bottom of one with a lead off homerun to put Norwich up 1-0. In the second Norwich would put up 4 more on a Randy Zylstra 2 run double and a Jeremy Tribe 2 run single. The Lakers started their come back in the 5th scoring 2 runs off of a Brent Roloson homerun. Ty Hoshal then hit a 2 run homerun in the 6th to bring the Norwich lead to within 1. In the top of the 7th Brent Roloson hit a double and Dustin V brought him home on a single. The game then went to the 9th when Brent Roloson hit his second 2 run homerun of the game. Norwich could not answer in the bottom half to end the game with burwell getting the early edge in the series.
